Tasting Note

From 40 year old gobelet vines at an altitude of 600m. The vineyards is surrounded by a pine forest and aromatic plants that offer the distinctive character to the wines. The Crianza has been aged in new French and Hungarian barrels for 12-14 months. After a slightliy clarification the wine rests in the cellar for at least six months. Intense dark cherry-red with garnet hues and spicy and balsamic touches. Very intense and complex. In the mouth, round with a silkiness and elegance.
