Every vintage they tell the story of these chosen vineyards through the medium of wine. The appellation blends are inspired by a desire to capture the specific beauty of each of these growing regions, among the best in the world for Pinot Noir. The Sonoma Coast appellation overlaps with that of the Russian River Valley in many places and is similarly shaped by the ocean. Local geology can be complex here, a direct result of being located on the intersection of two tectonic plates.
