Terrific flavour and great value wines from the Veneto in Italy, produced by the well-regarded Tenuta Salvaterra from the heart of Valpolicella. This Prosecco displays a fruity nose with lemon citrus and pear aromas and some yeasty beer notes too. Very lively on the palate with plenty of fruit and a nice chalky edge. Off-dry. Great fun!
