Domaine Pierre-Vincent Girardin, Burgundy

Pierre Girardin is the son of renowned vintner Vincent Girardin who passed on a portion of his vineyards to Pierre in 2011.  Since then Pierre has continued the tradition of producing wines with grapes from these cherished vineyards across Burgundy particularly in the Côte de Beaune. He prefers low-intervention winemaking using indigenous yeast to give his wines character and a sense of place.
