Mark Haisma is an Aussie who cut his wine making teeth over a decade of working with Dr Bailey Carrodus at Yarra Yering in Victoria crafting some of Australia's classiest wines. He arrived in Burgundy in 2009 and is one of three Aussie negociants currently bottling wine under their own labels. Mark has firm views about how to make the best from the fruit he manages to buy from willing vineyard owners: his wines have beautiful fruit of great clarity but no lack of vineyard expression. They are easy to enjoy.13.5%
